At only $250 a month, our Buccaneer VIP Club is our preferred way to work with clients.  Being a member of this club gives clients an automatic seat on the bus every tax season, proactive tax planning meetings and priority service throughout the year.   The service is designed to provide a one price solution to handling all of your tax needs. The following services are included in your single price point:

Filing

We file your federal (subject to certain limitations) and one state return, provide you with the option to meet to review your return prior to filing and we file your annual FBAR reports.

Proactive Tax Planning

Includes annual income projection, withholding and estimated payment recommendations.  Reviews and recommendations of tax savings and impact of employer benefits plans and self-employed benefits plans.  Gives proactive quarterly check-ins and year-round priority email support.

Proactive Tax Planning Coordination

Coordination of tax strategy with your financial planner and any tax professionals in foreign jurisdictions.

Audit & Representation Protection

We will provide assistance with tax audit and correspondence consistent with our audit representation policy and capacity.  We provide proactive response to IRS letters and notices and no charge amended tax returns for any issues related to oversight or error on our part.
